Since I'm obviously obsessed with veggies this is one of the things I do to stay prepared. Just take an hour of two a week and chop chop chop and ziplock. All the color and cutting makes me feel good and ready for a healthy week. It really helps.

  3. I think cutting veggies is just something you have to get in the mood for. It comes back around soon enough. Whats good is cutting the veggies when I don't have to do anything else, just cuttin to cut ya know? kinda theraputic.

  4. I am having SO much fun looking at all this yummy food! I too, like to pre-chop my veggies! And "theraputic" is exactly the word I would choose to describe it! And it saves SO much time later! Have you checked out Bountiful Baskets? I can't remember if I told you about it before or not- it's a great way to get a variety of produce for less that grocery store prices~ and its always a fun challenge to prepare the random assortment you get.
